Q.  What areas do you offer your services in?

A.  All around Lake Tahoe, Placerville, Gardnerville, Genoa, Truckee, Squaw Valley,  Kirkwood, The Hideout, and more.

Q.  Do you charge for travel time, set up, or break down?

A.  No, there is no additional charge for travel within 40 miles of South Lake Tahoe. Set up and break down time is included.

Q.  Do you have backup gear?

A. Yes, I have backup gear and a backup vehicle.

Q.  Are you insured?

A.  Yes, basic liability insurance is standard for all professional DJs.

Q.  What type of music do you play?

A.  I play all genres of music depending on the event and the individuals attending.  I have a very extensive digital music library and can accommodate all tastes and styles. Using your music requests, including genres, artists, and individual tracks, I will create a mix that will suit the mood for each phase of your event.  From ceremony music to cocktail hour, dinner music to your 1st dance, you can make as many or as few requests as you would like using the planning documents I provide.

Q.  Can you provide service in locations without an electric power source?

A.  Yes, I offer a battery powered ceremony package with sound system and wireless mics. If the reception and dance party are off grid, then a generator can be provided.

Q.  Will you be the actual DJ at my event?

A.  Yes, I will be. Occasionally I hire another DJ out for a gig, but this is rare and will always be agreed upon by you prior to booking.

Q.  What does the "Planning Consultation" entail?


A. The planning consultation includes all the time needed to get your music requests and your input on flow and timeline. This is accomplished via planning documents that I provide you with, emails, phone meetings, and when possible, in-person meetings.
